• Coached college baseball in the NAIA & NCAA following HS coaching career

• MHSBCA & NFHS Missouri State Coach of the Year

• State Champion and multiple Final Fours

• Reached #1 state ranking at 2 different schools and won Conference Championships at 4 different schools

• HS teams have been Nationally ranked

• Had numerous players drafted by MLB and/or played DI

• Holds records for wins at 4 different club organizations

• Former NCAA player

• Driveline-Certified Instructor

• NSPA-Certified Speed and Agility Coach

• Holds a Specialist Degree in Education

In addition to coaching at the collegiate level, Coach Daugherty has been the head baseball coach of some large high schools in Missouri. During that time, he has nearly 20 years of experience as a Camp Director, with some of his camps hosting over 200 young athletes. He has also directed numerous tournaments and College Showcases.
